Shipping policy
To ensure that your parcel is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the timescale we advertise, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and route information (where applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to a separate processing time, with the exception of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been removed from our processing center by the carrier. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days.
Please note that orders may take from 3 to 10 working days in Europe, and from 10 to 30 working days in the rest of the world, not necessarily from the date they are placed, depending on the final destination of the order.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment from TheKartingShop, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Addresses in Latin Alphabet : All shipping addresses must be written in the Latin alphabet. This is because many postal and delivery systems may not recognize or correctly interpret characters from other alphabets (such as Cyrillic, Greek, Arabic, Chinese, etc.). Entering an address in a different script may result in delivery errors or delays, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Please note that when a delivery issue is caused by an error in the shipping address provided by the customer — such as the use of non-Latin characters — shipping fees are non-refundable. This is because the mistake does not come from our side, and the shipping service has already been paid for and processed.
In some cases, we may choose to refund the value of the products as a gesture of goodwill, but we do not refund shipping costs when the error is the customer's responsibility.
