Cancel an order :
You have the option of cancelling your order under certain conditions, which we detail below to ensure total transparency:
When you place an order, you have a maximum of 1 hour to modify or cancel it. This period is designed to give you the necessary flexibility while allowing your order to be processed correctly. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, simply contact us within this period at contact@thekartingshop.com and we will deal with it free of charge.
As long as the order has not been sent to production, it is still possible to modify or cancel it. However, once the one-hour deadline has passed or the order has gone into production, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to make a cancellation or change. Each item is specially manufactured to meet your order, which allows us to limit unnecessary waste and contribute to an ecological approach. As a result, the products created cannot be returned to stock or reused.
We therefore invite you to check the details of your order carefully before confirming it and to contact us as soon as possible if you have any doubts or changes.

Guarantee :
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 365-day guarantee ( only on products where it says so ), but this only applies in very specific cases and under certain conditions detailed below.
1. Defective items : If the item you receive has a manufacturing defect or quality issue (e.g., a cracked shell or a product that is non-functional upon receipt), you will receive a free replacement.
2. Order processing error : In the event that you receive a product that does not correspond to your order (for example, a shell of a different model or size than the one you selected), we undertake to send you the correct product at no extra cost.
3. Customer order errors : Please note that the warranty does not cover errors made when entering your order.
For example, if you order a case for an iPhone 14, but you have an iPhone 15, this error cannot be covered. On the other hand, if you correctly order a case for your phone and we send you the wrong part number, the warranty applies.
4. Warranty conditions : To benefit from the warranty : You must provide clear proof of the problem (photos or videos showing the defect or error) and send us the proofs as soon as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products / product without apparent issue or not physical products.
Similarly, an item cannot be returned or refunded in the event of a manifest error by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
